What I do
Most market-entry support stops at advice. I build the operational layer underneath it — so a Belgian scale-up's China business gets run, not just recommended, while the founder stays focused on the product back home.
That means being on the ground in Shanghai, speaking the language, and doing the work directly: scouting, introductions, and partnership-building, not a slide deck about them.
Bleyen Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong and works with founders early — before market entry is a fully formed plan, while it's still a question worth exploring properly.
